The Director-General, BICTDE, was represented by Siyi Umar Saleh at the inaugural Sustainable Development Conversations Initiative (SDCI) Launch Event and Civic Dialogue held on 15 August 2026 at the Sir Ahmadu Bello International Conference Centre, Bauchi. Siyi served as a panelist during the dialogue themed “The Missing Link: Connecting Citizens, Policy and Development,” contributing the Bureau’s institutional perspective on the role of technology, digital infrastructure, data, and citizen engagement in improving government services, transparency, and responsive development in Bauchi.
